The belt provides adjustable warmth and gentle vibration for a hands-free comfort routine. It wraps around your waist with an adjustable elastic strap.
Is this a TENS device?
No. This model uses heat and vibration. It does not use TENS electrical stimulation or adhesive electrode pads.
Can I choose the heat level?
Yes. Your current product specification lists three heat settings: 50°C, 55°C and 60°C. Follow your supplied guide, start gently and stop if the heat feels uncomfortable.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
No. The belt has a rechargeable battery. Charge it as directed in the supplied guide before use.
How do I adjust the fit?
Use the grey elastic waist strap and buckle to secure the belt comfortably. The belt should sit securely without the strap feeling tight.
How do I care for the belt?
Switch it off and follow the cleaning and storage instructions supplied with your device. Keep the electronic unit and charging connection dry.
